INDUSTRIAL ESTATES

The five municipalities boast eight industrial estates, occupying a total of 110 hectares, with 35 hectares still available. Over 150 companies provide employment for about one thousand persons.

Current availability ranges from small premises of approximately 220 m² to large sites suitable for setting up companies with specific requirements. The available spaces are all located in developed industrial estates.

The existence of Nexes business incubator provides added value, with a wide range of options to suit different needs, including offices, co-working spaces, and industrial premises for setting up production.

This is complemented by proximity to La Bisbal, which offers all the services and amenities of a medium-sized town, as well as offices and business premises.

The existence of former ceramics factories, among other notable buildings, is a differentiating factor that adds to the attraction of the area.

Companies previously set up outside the main industrial estates are allowed to carry on their activity, but these smaller areas are not being promoted for further use.
