Grants for the employment of people in situations of greater vulnerability (SOC-CONTRACTACIÓ)

New SOC-CONTRACTACIÓ 2025 Call

The DOGC has published Resolution EMT/3278/2025, dated 29 August, launching the call for grants under the program to support the employment of people in situations of greater vulnerability.

🎯 Objective
Encourage the hiring of unemployed people, with a special focus on vulnerable groups.

👥 Who can apply?

• Companies, self-employed workers, and joint ownerships.

• Non-profit organizations (associations and foundations).

• Worker cooperatives.

• Employment agencies and temporary work companies (only for hiring their own staff).

❌ Excluded: public administrations, social enterprises, and special employment centres.

👩‍💼 Who can be hired?

• Unemployed people aged 45 or older.

• Unemployed women aged 30+ in vulnerable situations (recipients of guaranteed income, victims of gender-based violence, single mothers, women with a recognized disability, women without benefits).

• Long-term unemployed people aged 30+.

• Migrant people from non-EU countries aged 30+.

📌 All requirements must be accredited on the working day immediately prior to the start of the contract.

📑 Grant conditions

• Open-ended full-time contract.

• Workplace must be in Catalonia.

• Professional categories between groups 3 and 11.

• Subsidy: 12 months of contract + 12 additional mandatory months of permanence.

• Up to 10 contracts per applicant.

💶 Amount of the grant

• Groups 3 to 7: €2,091.05/month (€68.74/day).

• Groups 8 to 11: €1,652.73/month (€54.33/day).

From 9 September 2025 at 9:00 am until 1 October 2026 at 3:00 pm.
