Business advice

The Diputació de Girona is launching a business advisory service aimed at the productive fabric with the aim of promoting its growth.
Companies and self-employed workers who have been served by an XSLPE entity and who want to carry out an action to grow their business can participate. Both Nexes, the Forallac business incubator and La Bisbal d'Empordà Town Council are members and that is why we make ourselves available to companies to serve you.
Participants can receive up to 25 hours of personalized advice in various business areas.

1. To whom it is addressed

To companies and self-employed workers who have been served by an XSLPE entity and who want to carry out an action to grow their business.

2. What does it consist of?

Participants can receive support for up to six months, through which they will have a maximum of 25 hours of specialized advice in the following areas of work:
•    Economic management: carrying out an analysis of the current economic situation and developing actions to improve profitability; optimization of price management, margins and cost structure to increase profitability.
•    Marketing and communication: improving the positioning of the company through a marketing and communication plan with the aim of reaching more potential customers. The development or reformulation of web pages is excluded.
•    Organization or management team: development of instruments and skills to promote new management models that allow business growth.
•    Strategic planning: guidance and definition of the most appropriate strategic lines to achieve future growth.
•    Internationalization: orientation in the opening of new markets abroad.
•    Marketing and sales channels: optimization of existing sales channels and the creation of new ones.

3. Participant requirements
Companies and self-employed workers who wish to access the Projecta't business advisory service must be referred by an XSLPE entity and must meet the following conditions:

Company
Social and fiscal domicile in the province of Girona.
•    Minimum track record of 2 years.
•    Invoicing over €50,000.
•    Constituted as: limited liability company, civil society, joint stock company, entity without legal personality, labor company or cooperative company.
•    It has identified a growth action and justifies the need for an expert to execute it.

Self-employed worker
Social and fiscal domicile in the province of Girona.
•    Minimum and uninterrupted career of 2 years.
•    Invoicing over €24,000.
•    Registered in the self-employed workers regime or the equivalent social security system with 100% dedication
•    It has identified a growth action and justifies the need for an expert to execute it.

4. Application
This service must be requested by an entity affiliated to the XSLPE which proposes a company or a self-employed worker as recipient of the service.
